posting here cus it's not important enough to be in the announcement section..
since we've all been informed that we will be doing hachimaki exchange at invitationals, we're going to pool our resources (and as an excuse to just hang out again) to hold a hachimaki making workshop/party at my place!
you guys know how to get here by now, so i won't post my address. instead, arrange rides amongst yourselves and assemble at my place around THURSDAY 6-7PM. bring yourselves and maybe food, also materials to embellish your awesome hachimaki.. etc etc..
oh yeah!

it's on thursday by the way. i'm ridiculous and didn't post the exact date. i fail :(

| i have class til 6:30 and will be back home at 7pm. i'll bring my computer too, but can anyone pick me up from my place to tk's? my car will probably still be in the auto shop. |

i can't go at all on thursday but i'll bring some material left over from last year tonight. i have black/white cloth + some random patterned ones. if anyone is going crafts shopping, maybe pick up some fabric puffy paint? i can lend you thread and a couple of needles, granted that no one loses them.
and also, tk can you email out this info (i totally think it's maillistserve worthy) to yahoogroups? not everyone checks the forums. |

actually, i found more crafts stuff left over from last year's hachimaki making, so no need to buy more stuff. i have:
fabric paint (red black white green blue yellow)
bells
wiggly-eye thingys
2 packs of the colorful fuzzy-wire things
one pack of feathers
but i can't find my bag with the black cloth -i think i may have given it to mitch to make the odaiko stand covers? |
