No NWS material in any forum excluding The Arena.
This includes but is not limited to:

Nudity.
Gore.
Profane text (including images of text) in large and/or colored fonts.
No NWS Avatars.

Possible exceptions on above allowed for the chopshop depending on context and how well you can sell it as 'art'.

If you have any other rules you would like to see added or suggestions please post here.
